  • If you’re unsure about which service to book for your desired outcome, please book a consultation. During a consultation, we’ll be able to discuss your goals, budget, and time constraints.

  • If you’re not sure how long your nail art will take, feel free to send us a message through email or instagram with your inspiration picture and we will be happy to help!

  • For a hair services: Please come with clean and dry hair.

    For a nail services: Please make sure to book a removal if you have a preexisting set. Always come with clean hands.

    For makeup services: Please come with a freshly washed or clean face.

  • Pre-booking your future appointment at the end of your service ensures that you get the day and time that you need. It’ll also guarantee that you don’t go too long between services, allowing for smoother appointments each time.

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

    If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service fee.

  • A late arrival that is more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may result in a shortened or rescheduled service. Please make sure to call or text ahead if your are running late.

  • Please do not come into the salon if you are feeling unwell or have open sores, cuts, or injuries at the are being serviced. If you show up with any of these conditions, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for a later date and time.

  • If you’re unhappy with your service please let us know within 7 days of your service. We’d love to help!
